The real problem

You have the ideas.
You just can't see them yet.

Most people assume automations are for developers — or that their workflow is too messy, too specific, or too complicated to automate. So they keep doing things manually: copying, pasting, tab-switching, repeating themselves daily.

The problem isn't the tools. It's that nobody's taught you to think in workflows. Once you can do that — everything changes.

"Once you understand automation, you can apply it to all areas of your business. My favorite thing to say is: you can automate that." — Tina Lopez

This workshop isn't about teaching you to build. It's about teaching you to recognize — to look at what you do every day and see it clearly: that's a trigger. Those are steps. That's an automation waiting to happen.

Inside the workshop

What clicks after you watch this

Six focused sessions. No fluff. Just the framework you've been missing.

01

The 3 Levels of AI — and where automations fit

Chat, automations, agents — most people are stuck at level one. This framework shows you exactly where you are, what's possible at each level, and why automations are the most practical next step right now.

02

How to think in workflows (not tools)

Before you open any software, you need to map what you already do. Tina's pen-and-paper method strips automation down to: trigger → steps → outcome. Once you see it this way, you can't unsee it.

03

Recognizing what you already do as an automation

The biggest unlock isn't learning new tools — it's realizing the tasks you do manually already map directly to a workflow. Walk through real examples from content creation, client intake, admin, and more.

04

What connectors actually do (and which to use)

Zapier, Make, n8n — demystified in plain English. An honest breakdown of what these tools are, how they work as the "middleman" between your apps, and how to pick the right one for where you're starting.

05

Adding AI to any workflow without being a developer

AI steps inside automations are what make the whole thing powerful. See exactly how AI plugs into a workflow in practice — and what becomes possible when you stop prompting manually and start automating it.

06

3 real automation ideas you can steal immediately

Meeting transcription to email, newsletter to social, lead intake to AI research — three complete automation concepts mapped start to finish so you can see exactly how an idea becomes a working workflow.

"New ways to think about it — multiple automations linked together!"

— Michelle

"This was SO GOOD!!!"

— Erica

"Appreciate the information in a readily understandable format."

— Deb

This is for you if...

Sound familiar?

You have ideas but no system

You know there's a better way — you just can't bridge the gap between "this is what I do manually" and "this is what an automation looks like."

You repeat the same tasks every week

Newsletter operators, content creators, small business owners — if you do the same 3–5 things in the same order every week, that's a workflow. And workflows can be automated.

You want to understand it, not just use it

You've seen the LinkedIn screenshots. You've heard the buzzwords. You want to understand how it actually works — so you can design your own workflows, not just copy someone else's and hope.

Common questions

FAQs

Do I need to know how to code?

Not even a little. The whole point is that automation is a way of thinking before it's a technical skill. You'll leave understanding how it works conceptually — and when you're ready to build, the tools are drag-and-drop anyway.

I already use ChatGPT. Is this still relevant for me?

Yes — especially you. ChatGPT is you prompting manually, one time, in one tab. Automations are what happens when that prompting runs automatically in the background as part of a workflow you built once. This workshop is the bridge between the two.

Will this actually teach me to build automations?

The focus is on helping you identify and map your automations — going from "I have this idea" to "I can see exactly what this looks like as a workflow." That missing piece is what makes actually building one feel achievable afterward. Think of it as the prerequisite you never had.

What tools do I need before watching?

Nothing. The workshop covers the full tool landscape and helps you figure out what to use based on where you're starting. All tools mentioned have free plans you can start with immediately.

The ideas are already there
